Foot Sampler Lap Quilt

Create a cozy lap quilt using the different feet available with your Designer Diamond.  A great way to learn the varied uses of these versatile feet.

REQUIREMENTS:

• 1.6m Main Fabric cut into
  • 12 (10” x 10”) Squares of Main Fabric
  • Keep the remaining Main Fabric for next
    class.
• 4 x 25cm Contrasting Fabrics
• .5m Light iron-on Tearaway
• .5m Tearaway
• .5m Fusible Cutaway
• .25m Applique Wonder
• All Standard Accessory Feet
• Open Toe Foot (Not essential)
• Yarn Couching Feet Set
• Yarn matching fabric (I will have a selection as well on the day.)
• Invisible Thread
• Best Press Starch
• Slash Cutter for Chenilling (Not Essential)

GENERAL SEWING TOOLS:

• Designer Diamond with the latest upgrade installed (IMPORTANT)
• 200 x 200 hoop or 260 x 200
• Havel’s Fabric Control Tool
• Flower Head Pins
• Sharp scissors (I recommend Canary scissors)
• Tweezer Snips
• Tweezers Screwdriver
• Cleaning Brush
